2. Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Scope of Services: We provide design, fabrication, and installation of kitchens, countertops, and bespoke joinery.

• Payment Terms: A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon project completion or as agreed.

• Project Changes & Delays: Changes may result in revised costs or timelines. Delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

• Liability: We ensure professional workmanship and quality materials. We are not liable for indirect damages or work done by third parties.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, plans, and drawings remain the property of Fieldstone Kitchens until full payment is received.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Design Fees: Non-refundable once the design is shared with the client.

• Deposits: Required to secure scheduling and materials; partial or full refunds considered only in exceptional cases.

• Cancellations:

  • Before work starts: deposit/design fee may be forfeited.

  • After work starts: charges based on work completed and materials purchased.

4. Warranty & Guarantee Policy

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion.

• Covers defects in installation, craftsmanship, or materials supplied by Fieldstone Kitchens.

• Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties without consent.

• Claims must be reported promptly with photos or documentation.

5. Design & Intellectual Property Policy

• All designs, 3D documents, layouts, and plans remain the intellectual property of Fieldstone Kitchens.

• Designs are for the client’s use only in relation to projects executed by Fieldstone Kitchens.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of designs to other contractors is prohibited.

• Use of designs without full payment or written consent may result in legal action.
